This page describes in details Init Constructor Refactoring of TytanNET.


Once again a time-wasting task can be done automatically.
This refactoring method based on selected fields of a class or structure generates an initialization constructor.

Steps To Run

To run Init Constructor Refactoring follow the steps:
  • create a class or structure with required fields
  • place cursor inside that class (or select required fields only)
  • from the Refactoring menu select Init Constructor command, what will show the dialog with options to specify

  • next place a tick close to each name
  • click [OK] button to complete and see the result:

It would be nice to have the possibility to generate a constructor from properties.
For example :

public class Personne
public string Name { get; set; }

public Personne(string name)
Name = name;
